Stacer Sea Ranger built tough to fish hard

Stacer releases new Sea Ranger plate range with maximum fishing capability.

STACER has released one of its most fishing-focused boats to date, featuring a new centre console configuration with all the benefits of Stacer’s renowned EVO Advance Hull. The Sea Ranger is constructed using plate boat methods with 5mm bottom sheets and 4mm top sheets and is designed to tackle the toughest offshore conditions.

The range is made up of two brand-new models: the 619 and 679, both with unbeatable power. Don’t be fooled by the smaller model, because the 619 is rated to 200hp and comes standard with a 168-litre fuel tank with an option for a secondary 80-litre fuel tank.

The 679 is packed with power, being rated to 225hp with a whopping 215-litre standard fuel tank and optional 80-litre secondary fuel tank. A two-person centre console configuration allows for 360 degrees of fishing capability with no obstruction. The fully sealed checker plate front casting platform contains ample sealed storage for all your fishing gear and provides a large stable platform to fish from.

An optional 100-litre console Esky is big enough to hold all your catches or be used as a mini fridge with plenty of food and drinks. The open layout of the Sea Rangers allows for plenty of breeze on the warmer days while the new optional T-top bimini provides protection from the harsh sun.

Stacer national account manager Drew Jackson said the Sea Rangers have been designed specifically for fishers and hard-core offshore conditions.

“The Sea Rangers really are a fisho’s best friend, with so much room for casting and so much power, no spot is too hard to reach and catching that monster fish is a breeze,” he said.

“There are so many standard features designed specifically for fishing including a berley bucket, cutting board, kill tank, live bait tank and six welded rod holders.

“Construction-wise these boats are top of their class.

“Made by a team of highly qualified welders, they feature revolutionary technology such as the EVO Advance Hull and self-draining floor system.”
