Quintrex crowns its National and State Dealer of the Year winners

Specifically, there are ten quantifiable pieces of criteria that dealerships need to achieve in order to be recognised. Known as Australia’s Boating Superstore, JV Marine World is the recipient of Quintrex’s esteemed National Dealer of the Year Award. A 30-year-old family business that is Australia’s most amazing ‘one stop marine shop’. JV Marine World has two locations that total 13 acres, one in the western suburbs of Melbourne and a flagship 10-acre store Braeside that is quite the spectacle.

Taking the family business to the next level, JV Marine World employs nearly 50 staff and focuses on identifying key strengths of individuals within the organisation. This company is an example of succession planning at work. Mark Stav, son of Founder John Stav, is at the helm and with his father’s trust is leading the marine conglomerate into success.

NSW Dealer of the Year

The reputation of Hunts Marine Wollongong is profound, it is no doubt this dealership was destined to win the Quintrex NSW Dealer of the Year Award. Between the 6 most tenured employees, there is a collective 65 years of working together at Hunts Marine Wollongong. Hunts Marine is the oldest Evinrude dealer outside of North America and the longest standing Quintrex Dealer in Australia.
