HAINES Signature, manufacturer of Australia’s best-built fibreglass boats, is extremely proud to announce the launch of the all-new 550F model to its line-up of award-winning trailer boats.
A new generation of Haines Signature, the 550F builds on the legacy of the Haines Group’s reputation for quality Australian-designed and built boats to deliver to customers a versatile, family friendly fishing boat loaded with features.
The 550F debuts a new hull design (derived from the 575) that is almost 30cm wider across the beam than its predecessor, the 543F. At 2.41m, the wider platform offers greater stability at rest for a better offshore fishing experience, giving each angler on board more fishing space or extra room for the kids to hang out.
Customers will also benefit from up to a 77 percent greater range than the previous model, with a larger fuel tank fitted to the 550F to maximise time spent on the water.
The Haines family and its team have proved with the 550F that you can be a serious offshore fishing contender without compromising looks and performance. The Haines Group CEO John Haines said, “This was one of the largest-selling classes of Haines Signature boats in history and we wanted to capture the legacy of this brand with this new model.”
“The 550F is a fantastic fishing boat that’s more comfortable, softer riding and gives more walk-around access as we’ve increased the floor space but kept the cabin size the same.
“Our team has been researching and designing this boat for almost 12 months, incorporating feedback from our customers and dealers for a fishing boat with more space – we’ve really taken this boat to the next level.”
Features include an increased beam width, 177-litre fuel tank, side pockets, new-look dash with reverse look windows, live bait tank, live wells and a 10-year structural warranty as standard. It is also fully customisable, with a range of options including a fully enclosed hard top, 32mm stainless steel rails and much more. The Haines Signature 550F made its debut at the Gold Coast International Marine Expo.
“We believe it’ll be a great upgrade option for those looking to trade in their aluminium boat for a fibreglass boat built to the highest quality right here in our Australian factory,” Mr Haines said.
