Stanage Bay fishing excellent

Howdy from Stanage Bay, Shoalwater Bay and surrounding islands.

The past week we have seen so many changes in the weather.

Despite the changes  the crabbing has been excellent and so too the grunter, salmon, bream, jewfish and spanno fishing, with a fleck of reefies in between.

The road to Stanage Bay is per usual: ungraded with corrugation and pot holes.

All in all I have not had one complaint and everyone is driving to the conditions and taking in the beautiful scenery, so well done all.

If everyone could pull up and pick up a bit of rubbish on their way in and out that would be great.

If you know of anyone throwing  bottles, cans and ice coffee bottles out their windows, along with full clear and green garbage bags beside the road, report them!

Fishermen wouldn’t have such a bad name from the properties if we could find whoever is responsible.

Cheers,

Von.
